German Apple Pancakes.

This month has been one for german pancakes.
Jon and I made them on conference weekend
(and I cannot find the website that I got the recipe from)
and then I had them last weekend with some friends and
I might make them again this weekend!
Ya, the one I made above was just for Jon and I.
We ate it all.
but not in one sitting.
so that's okay, right?
