I made some mini peanut butter bars/reeses the other day for a get together and they were so good. I'm a peanutbutterLOVER, and would think "dip spoon into peanut butter jar and scoop and eat" is a winning recipe, so maybe you don't need to take my word for this one. . . but take my word for it. This ones a winner folks.
peanut butter, powdered sugar, saltine crackers smashed
(I don't measure sry)
put some melted choc. on bottom of the cupcake wrapper, then spoon in peanut butter mixture and add choc. on top.
refrigerate until ready to eat.
